Then spend time daily speaking aloud the truth from God that combats that lie. The more you speak the truth, the more it will become your belief system and the quieter the enemy's lies will become. The second page also includes a simple breath meditation activity to breathe in scriptures and breathe out the enemy's lies. Follow the directions on page two for how to personalize those breath prayers to your most needed promises from God.
